PROCESSING/SHIPPING 

Please allow (2)business days for your orders payment  to process throughly. After payment processing allow shipping (3-6)business days unless we announce otherwise. 

RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND 

Please be advised that any item you purchase on our site is final sale. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS! 


WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT EXCHANGE, if you receive a defective/wrong sized order. We will replace it with the same item in new size that you suggest.

The item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. We must be notified within the 24hours of your delivery time to be eligible for exchange.
XS will not be responsible for your exchange shipping cost! DON’T SEND ANYTHING until you’ve reached out to us about the order and receive a response email. Customers will get notified from XS  after package is received, inspected and approved for exchange. You will ONLY receive a store credit in exchange, if your new order size is out of stock.

Store credit will be applied up to (2) days after we receive your item.


XS will not be held accountable if the customer does not read our policy.
